Advise to fellow farmers, In Africa I see some farm stuck financially either at the verge of commencement of operations or midway having spent a lot on documentations and infrastructure that are not urgent or needed in the immediate prioritizing that over the real business operations. This is more common among new farmers, trying to erect office, security post, staff quarters, canteen etc Is like leasing a shop with no goods in-stock.
While an not against having a good plan/farm layout for your farm am concerned about putting more energy/resources in that while the real deal is lagging. We are in business to serve and get value (profit) in return. structure your business operations model in such a way that it can grow profitably.
Prioritize your spending.
